carbonclean has developed both economic and technical models of the operation of the Carnot Battery in all types of conventional power plants (hard coal, lignite, waste incineration, combined cycle). The economic models have been coded as software tools, which incorporate both the energy economic optimisation and the thermodynamic plant parameters for determining the optimal system design.
